Deputy Secretary Sullivan Attends 5th U.S.-Iraq Higher Coordinating Committee

U.S. Deputy Secretary of State John J. Sullivan and Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Nizar Khairallah met  in Baghdad and convened the fifth meeting of the U.S.-Iraq Higher Coordinating Committee. Together, they affirmed the significant progress we have made in our bilateral relationship since our two nations signed the Strategic Framework Agreement in 2008.
